Missing Item

Made a purchase @ Pep Home Online and had a missing item called customer service same day I collected 20 August reached Nompumelelo and she never got back back to me within 48 hours as she put that as the turnaround time!!!! Called again 29 August reached Leah and she put on hold to only come back to say Nompumelelo will call me same day jokes on me 30 August still waiting. What a horrible service sies!!!!!
