Missing funds

My mom and had gone to Pep store at Galleria to deposit money through their so called safe, fast and easy to use process, a lady assisted my mom the process n then in turn lent her a pen to jot down a few details before taking the picture of her slip of which was sent to my aunt to receive the money. To our surprise my aunt could not get the cash sent, going to Pep to find out what has happened, the lovely lady at Pep Isphingo advised the money has been withdrawn at Galleria absa atm 15 minutes from 9:28 am of which mom has made the deposit, we also learnt of the process to follow up on lost money queries of which in loved the police and that was where our hearts got torn into two, how could people who respond 3jrs later for a bulgury and never to return a phone with an update or investigation feedback help with calling pep and get us the money back, so pep could tell us where the money was withdrawn, where and how but won't tell you who did it and from there shifts everything over to the police who no nothing about their process or policies, we then went to the Galleria Mall Pep store, writing here I'm fuming from my return as we advised that this is not the first time it has happened and within the store this week Nad when we approached Mandisa with this concern as she assisted mom and spoke to another guy at the store before completing the task at hand, Mandisa saw mom and her face was pale as she could not finish her sentences and a lady jumped to her rescue and repeated the same procees, this then concludes to money missing within the same store as an inside job and it would seem like they are all in it as Mandisa was rescued by her colleague.
