I bought a cellphone at pep cell in Mandalay cape Town on the 14 December 2019 the phone battery doesnt last 6 days later I take it back the consultant tells me yhe phone doesn't have a problem i then tell her that it's not her expertise it's eitther she gives me a new phone as that should be the only resolution because it was within the turn around time , apparently she is a manager ,I was astonished by the poor customer service she has and I was wondering if pepkor doesn't send their staff to management training her name is Akhona Dyani.
