Miss

I bought 2 cell phones at pep store last year for my Son this year the phone just doesn’t switch on when I went there yesterday since the phone has a 2 year warranty they don’t want to take the phone anymore without a slip how did I know it was going to give me problems I was carrying the box they gave me. So now what am I supposed to do since I don’t have a slip and their phone has a warranty.
