Misrepresentation of service
Bought a starter pack for Telkom for 90 cents on Saturday 19th May which was duly rica'd and have been battling ever since with getting the thing to work. Telkom cany do anyting either. Went back to the store to have it corrected and yet again nothing has improved. It has already cost me more than a phone driving up and down to this thing sorted. Now advice is to stay away from Pep starter pack and/or Telkom starter pack. Telkom seems to be all tall and no delivery.

I then took the sim card to Telkom where the matter was eventually resolved. PEP should have stopped selling those sim cards as soon as they discovered that they have a problem. Anyway, all is well that ends well.
