MISLEADING and FALSE ADVERTISING

Went to buy a jacket during lunchtime. Went to PEP, JET, EDGARS and WOOLWORTHS. Decided to buy at PEP as they have been marked down to R239-99 instead of R269-99. All colour jackets hanging on same rail. Grey/blue/mustard and offered as R239-99 clearly. Getting to pay the full R269-99 charged. Queried why. The "manager" Grace Tutubala informed me it is only for the blue jackets. I reminded her that they are all on the same rail, same jackets in different colours for the advertised price and that is misleading the public. This complaint is not about the price but the principle. This is misleading and false advertising. She was not willing to accommodate at all. So, let's see if HP can resolve this or should I turn to consumer / false advertising institution to rectify this. As said it is not the R30 difference but I had a choice where to buy at same price but chose to use PEP. Do this to a 1000 clients nationally, how many unhappy clients and basically misled clients by PEP.
