misleading advertising

Pep advertise a phone but when you go into store it is not available. We are directed to go to PepCell where it is dangerous to go. When we request if the y can get the phone they say No. They not willing to assist customers. Customer service levels have dropped. I have to think twice before I shop at Pep.
