misleading advertising

I went to the PEP store on 29/08 to buy Alcatel one touch and the price displayed was R149.00. When I wanted to pay I was told by Buyi that the price has changed to R159.00 and they cannot sell the phone at the price displayed. That was the only time they changed the pricing of the device. I refused to pay the amount and the store refused to sell the phone at the price displayed.

I was told that someone came and bought about 60 phones on saturday because of the price increase and I did not understand why I was being told that story. All I wanted was the phone at the price R149.00 as displayed.
