Milking Pep

On the 24 of April i have deposited R1000.00 plus R10 service fee at the store in midrand at 11:23 and before i send the pin to the recipient the money was already withdrawn at 11:58 still at midrand absa ATM. I went to the store to complain without success and was told their system was hacked. To my surprise it was not hacked by me, They made me fill in the forms for them to investigate,till todate i haven't heard from them. My Question to them was. Are you giving me a don't care attitude even if I have lost R1000.00
