Microsoft Lumnia

<p>I bought one of your cellphones a Microsoft Lumnia 435 from Pepcell in northgate on 25/07/2016. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The phone worked well up until 17/08/2016. The first thing is that the Whatsapp program which is essential to me just started asking to be updated (Whatsapp version you are using is outdated, please ungrade.) I then when to the windows store and upgraded. It then changed the date on the phone to 05:57 – 01/04/2015. Eachtime I change the date it revert back to that date. On getting to Whatsapp after downloading it it requests that I change the date. When I do it it goes all over the same sequence. The is just no winning.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please assist with the following</p> <p>· Terms of your refund policy relating to cellphones</p> <p>· Terms of your exchange policy when it relates to cellphones.</p> <p>· Can I do either of these at any store or should I go back to the same store.</p>
