Received voucher from DStv shop at for R500,00 but when I went to Pep (Overport city, in Durban)I wasn't allowed and the staff told me I had to reactivate it. What I don't understand is that the instruction said...you just show the original message and the staff will enter proceed but still they didn't want to proceed. I stood in the queue for 2hours but nothing came out of it. What is more annoying is what if I didn't have other means. At this point I don't know who's a ****mer between Pep and DStv
