I bought a Nokia 120 4G on Monday 15 January 2024 at Maponya mall in Soweto while I stay in Carletonville khutsong,Tuesday morning I started using my new phone realised it has a problem,I can't hear the person I'm calling clearly the caller speaker it's not ok.

Immediately took the phone to Pep cell in Carletonville explain to them bcos,the cashier that helped me Sthembiso told me if I noticed something wrong within 7days I should bring the phone back,but they made a joke out of me told I should take the phone back to Maponya bcos they don't see nothing wrong with it It is painful to buy something with ur money n when I not satisfied with the qualities of the product and not been taken srus as a customer.first time buying at PEP CELL and will never ever in future😡
