Mark up

On the 21st June went to Pep in Lephalale and wanted to buy a school bag which had a price tag of R149. 99 when I got to the till I was told the bag has a mark up of R20 and had to pay R169. 99 unfortunately I decided to leave the bag. Sort your prices out on the shelves because your misleading us as customers
