Manger bypassed me to help someone who had just walked into the store

Today I went to pep store in arcon park, I stood in the que like everyone else, I was gonna buy airtime. A lady walked in and had a brief conversation with the manager . it was my turn to buy, she went to the cashier and said she wanted to pay for the ladies' sweets. I asked why she did that without communicating with me as a customer, she was very rude about it. she has done many things to me, I have never complained, but I cannot go into a store and feel unwelcome. It feel as though she owns the store and she did what she did because i know for a fact that she doesn't like me. My question is, is it Pep's policy for a manager to do what she did?
