manager was rude and recist

hie i went to pep store yesterday to my doughetr a dstv for her birthdae they told me the instaler is gonna be wth me in 1hr at my place i wanted to suprize my daughter on her bthde i reall got disapointed instller ddnt come when i cll him he said hes gonna call me when he get here and then i called him again today in the morning he said hevis busy wth someone he have got a lot of job today so i decided to return the dstv the manager i got there in the store was very rude her name Philisiwe she said to me gv me yo id so dat i can gv u refund i gav her my passport so she thought maybe i dnt understand local laungages she said this foreigner is disgusting it his frst time to buy this she was telling one of her stff, so wht i wanna no is foreigner are not allowed to buy at pep stores or what? the shop is at hilbrow jhb coner twist and pretoria (high point) i wll never buy to pep anymore
