Manager swearing on sales floor

Hi On the 4th of August 2023 I went to jabulani mall Pepstore and I was really disappointed, while we were doing some shopping in the store one staff member was talking to the store manager and then right there on the sales floor the store starting yelling and swearing infront of the customers and didn't seem to care even when we stopped to look at him, this was not the first time I saw this manager being rude to staff members infront of customers I'm hoping this matter will be addressed because this is something that will make them loose customers
