Manager invades privacy

On the 3rd September my mom returned a school pants at PEP in Delft mall that didn't fit my sister (16years of age). Took the refund for my sister to come back to fit a pants before purchasing.

After school my mom sent her back to the store. Her friend accompanied her to go buy a pants that fits. My sister was still dress in school uniform.

In the store she went to get the pants and went to the fitting room. While she was alone in the fitting room a MALE MANAGER started banging on the door and Pushed the DOOR OPEN grabbed her jacket that was laying on the floor, shacked it to see if she stole anything. She was in a cycling shorts/NO PANTS ON.He shouted GET OUT here. Trying to cover herself with her pants and trying to close the door he insisted she must get out. She asked him to close the door so she can get dressed. He remained standing in the door. She then asked to speak to a manger because she didnt understand what's happening he rep**** stating he is the manager. He forcefully pushed her by her shoulder to get out while she was struggling to stay in the room because she wasn't Dressed!!!!!!!! She begged him to go out. Eventually he moved away from the door standing in the passage where her friend was waiting. The door had to remain open while she's getting dressed.

She came out of the room and put on her jacket while walking out her school roster fell out of her pocket. She turned back to pick it up. The manager kicked the piece of paper and told her to "***of"

She told my mom what happened and my mom went to the store. The manager remembers my mom because she returned the item the morning. My mom explained to him that it she's the mother of the child he basically accused of *****ing and kicked out of the store. She wants to know his side of the storie. He explained that sometimes people come in the store with their friends and does wrong stuff. This is why act on it. Also advised that he was in the fitting room and said she has a shorts on.

At that point my mom heard enough said he will hear from her again. He then said the is a camera to view everything.

Why was she accused of theft and she did not do anything wrong?

Why was there a male in the fitting room to consult her?

She as not fully clothed and he wanted to put her OUT STORE.
