Manager extremely Rude and ***********

Good day, A while ago i made a laybye when i went to collect i was told it had been put back instock as i did not make monthly payments, and i was supposed to read the slip which i didnt, i then requsted a refund and Rashida the manager said no i had to take something in the store, at the time there was nothing i wanted and left.

Today 17.01.2017 i went back decided to take fitted sheet the 1 was marked but the very same in queen was not when i got to the till the cashier was Tebogo, very polite i asked her to check the price and she confirmed it is marked down to R99 instead of R129.99 she called her manager to assist in crediting and helping me purchase the sheet, Rashida took time to come assist but eventually did, she then said i must add money and i told her No its marke down to R99 Tebogo confirmed which she re-iterated to her and she said "No you cant do that customer must pay the price they see. I then told her but she said said no and refused saying they cant change the prices but on the computer it said R99.00 to me it just confirmed this is something that is always done at pep stores Randburg please do a follow up as we are being cheated as customer and that is a big concern to me oh and to my surprise today i was given cash back with no hassle when i tried to withdraw she said i had to buy something to the value of R50 which has never happened before.

To add onto that i frequently visit the store and Rashida is extremely rude and treats the staff badly shes always shouting at them and talking to the as if they are kids she has no respect for them including us customers, her staff is very scared of her but they are polite individuals. i look forward to a prompt response and im very concerened about how those staff member are treated.
