Manager at Pepcell Edendale mall

Good day

I would like to share an experience that I had at Pepcell Edendale mall,PMB.

My aunt had fallen sick outside the Pepcell store last year. Everyone passed us by. Until the manager from Pepcell walked out of the store to assist us. She offered us water and helped me carry my aunt to the car and even offered to get her food to help gain her strength.

Ever since then I am a regular customer at this store.

I have never seen a manager with such excellent people s****s. She is always helping customers with smile. No matter how bad my day is going, I go into this store and she always has something positive to say and I always walk out with a smile and feeling blessed. Every time I am in the mall I go just to greet them even if I'm not buying.

She makes me feel like customers are like family and not just clients.

I notice that she treats everyone with such admirable respect, even the car guards.

I have never seen someone who is so helpful and interested in people.

Well done PEP for employing someone like this.

She always goes the extra mile to help customers and to create such a happy environment.

Most of the time managers dont interact with their customers or even acknowledge them.

She conducts herself in a professional and friendly manner.

All should follow her example.
