Manager Assaults Customer

My wife was assaulted by the manager at Pep Randburg Square yesterday afternoon.

My wife went to the store to do a layby for our daughters when the manager, Ndivhuwo, told the cashier to cancel it and told my wife that she's not allowed to do a layby there (we are yet to hear a reason as to why), then when my wife attempted to escalate the situation to higher management, she was slapped by the manager.

My wife then went to the mall security and called the police. When the police arrived, the manager told them that my wife *****s from the store but was not able to respond when asked to provide proof.

This is truly disgusting and barbaric behaviour from none other than the management of the store. The very same person who is supposed to keep order and ensure that her store has a good reputation.
