MANAGEMENT REFUSED CCTV FOOTAGE AFTER CUSTOMERS HANDBAG WAS ******

My handbag was ****** at Pep Stores, Bothasig on Sunday 27 May 18. A ******** case was opened and the Police requested the CCTV footage from their Head Office. THEY REFUSE TO PROVIDE THE FOOTAGE saying it was only available ******* cases. REALLY ????? I find this unacceptable and unbelievable. It cannot be that a retailer are not willing to protect of help its customers in any way possible.

My son actually posted this on Facebook and the comments (of whic 90% reckons it appears to be an inside job) really makes you wonder.
