Hi I was @ pep springs mall on the 22nd October I bought a phone on January the 5th and now it's not working I went to the store n ask them to send the phone for repair, They couldn't help me the manager refuse to take my phone she told me that the repair department will charge her for the of why she send the phone and I didn't like the way the treated me in the store everybody was talking saying they will charge me R400 for repair and I told then to book it then but still they refuse I also brought everything slip n accessories including box the manager was very rude on me I'm not happy @ all as a customer.
