Lowest level of customer services!!!

Lowest level of customer services offered. When you purchase from the store an on your account no one in the store informs you to keep the receipt as they do not print duplicate neither do they have records of what you purchase incase you have lost your receipt. First store that offers accounts an can not print a duplicate receipt from the system. Even call centre you ask for assistance they say thats how Pep system works. Attitude of staff in store is pathetic an poor just like the system they have at pep. Same goes for call centre agent's. All i wanted to do was change for size.
