Low quality phone

Good day,

On Saturday the 4th of June 2022 I purchased an ITEL AC13 at Protea Glen Pep Cell Store, I have been absolutely unsatisfied with the phone's performance. For every command it takes a minute to respond. I went back on Tuesday to request that the phone be exchanged or get a refund. The consultant that helped me said they cannot help me unless the phone has damage. I am now stuck with a phone that has zero performance. I am so disappointed that I'm now stuck with a phone that's not functional and I will still need to purchase another one. I am so disappointed.
