Lousy Pep Cell Cust. Service: Pep Cell Carlton Centre JHB. City

Had a very bad and unpleasant experience at Pep Cell Store at the Carlton Centre in Johannesburg Central Business District, bought a Nokia 1 early in this year, still under warranty. Had an unfortunate accident, phone fell, screen cracked, went to Pep Cell to find out if they could fix it for me, I was prepared to pay, because it was not covered by warranty, lady that attented to customers was very abrupt and blew me off, (quick to take your money) lousy customer service, told me what i all ready knew: not covered by warranty, told her i was prepared to pay, she told me they won't even send it in for a quote and becuase the screen was cracked i no longer am covered by the warranty. Why? did I take it to thier store, if any other technician were to fix the screen (he would have to open the phone, not allowed by warranty cover, conditions while covered by warranty, i was afraid warranty would be null and void. Instead of them helping me they simply and very coldly told me they could not be of assistance to me. Well they forgot that i as a consumer has rights, never ever will I buy anything from any Pep or Pep cell store. Lousy Cust. Service!!
