Lost Stuff

Last week Thursday morning went to pep cell N1 City to send my bby stuff that was needed today the 30th even asked them they said Mon or latest Tues they will be there in EC...was told in don't need anything from them il get an sms Mon latest Tues morning ...yesterday round about 5pm coled them after the second time coling them was told the department that ships the stuff is closing at 4 and that I will be coled this morning. ..no one coled me coled them again just now at 1111am and am been told they want the cashier name in order to investigate even after giving them the T number that i happen to take with my fone as I dint trust this not getting a reference part...my daughter dint attend her function today cos her stuff and clothes are missing am angry right now ...my number is ********** 122
