Lost R900 at Pep stores

On the 24th April 2018, I went to transfer an amount of R2000.00 Pep stores in Tarkastad, i was told that i can not transfer the money in one go. I then devided it into two transfers (R1000 for each transfer).

The transfer went through and i was given both receipts, then i left the store not realising that there was a mis-print in one of my receipts, instead of printing R1000, it was printed R100. I only noticed this error after the long weekend when the person i sent the money to, had gone to withdraw it in King Williams. She informed me about this, and when i looked at the receipts thats when i realised there had been a mis-print. I went back to Pep and informed them of the matter, and i was told that they had no extra R900 on their tills on that day, including the lady that was assisting me on the day.

Now i'm told that i have to wait until the 15th of May for their banking system, for them to be able to make reconciliations as to see whether there was an amount of R900 that is un-accounted for.

I feel that this matter is not treated with the urgency it deserves, because R900 is a lot of money, for a query NOT to be followed or investigated. It doesn't matter what the procedure is, once there is a query or complaint, i think it needs to be looked at very urgently, because i want my money back ASAP.

Can Pep Stores Management please respond to this matter urgently???
