Lost R500 airtime

I went to Pep Cell on saturday 24th October and bought the flash airtime for R500 between 14:50 and 15:00pm, unfortunately I lost the the airtime. I went there so they can reprint for me or serial number so I can get my airtime, they told me they cant and they were rude about it. I called their head office and I spoke to Luvendrin and he told me the same thing, told me buying and losing airtime is like throwing my money in the drain, I might as well forget about it. My daughter used to work at Clicks and if you lose airtime and give them the date and the time, they reprint, why can't Pet do the same, this is not R29 airtime that I can just write off, this is R500 airtime and I want it. I believe they can reprint, they just don't to or what to take it for themselves
