Lost Phone

I lost my phone on the 17th November 2021, i was at pep to pay form my accounts. in my hand i had my purse and phone, there were only 2 customers behind me, they were helped at the next teller, after paying i left the shop and two shops away i realized that my phone was missing. rushed back to Pep but could not find it and there were no customers at the shop. i requested for a CCTV footage and i have been sent back and forth.
