Lost phone

I lost my phone at Pep Store Mayfield Square in Daveyton. I have requested for a CCTV footage which they said I have to pay for it and later said I don't have to pay for it. The Area Manager said the footage will be available in three weeks, I went to enquire at three different Pep Stores as to how long does it take for a footage to be available and the response was that it only takes a week. Yesterday the person using my lost phone was busy borrowing money from people in my Facebook friends list. I can't delete, block or report the problem on Facebook, this is all so frustrating to me.
