Lost Phone

I lost my phone at the Pep store and when I asked for them to see if I left it at the counter they couldn't assist me they advised they can only view the camera after 4 weeks , i went to pick n pay they checked their cameras immediately and took my contacts, pep store never bothered to take my alternative contact details, they referred me to a contact number on the slip , i said i need to speak to the manager whom they gave me the contact to, surprisingly she knew about this incident someone called her in my absence , Time:13:29:14 CASHIER Selinah till number 6
