Lost parcel

I sent my parcel on the 25th of June from Barkly East to East london and my parcel didn't reach its destination when I called Paxi to trace my parcel I was told that it has reached Gonubie pep store but the store didn't update the receiver and it was a different story when I go to pep to ask them to trace it for me they were told that the parcel was marked missing at the Harbour in East London they qill update me of the progress on the parcel till to date I haven't got directions on my parcel. Please help me.
