Lost parcel - deposit and delivering store the same

This is the last time I will review PEP Paxi as I'm removing them from my Yaga shop as a courier. I deposited a parcel on 4 Dec at Tygervalley PEP and the receiver is also at the same PEP. They got it right to not deliver her parcel in time for Christmas!!! This is an issue every time you post to the same store where you deposit. They can't get it right and they do not listen to any advice given earlier about other issues.
