Lost parcel

I sent a parcel to via PAXI on the 8th December 2025 and dropped it off at PEP store in MNANDI in Attridgeville and the destination was PAXI STORE was P6375 in Gugulethu Square, the parcel number is D**********46. When I called this afternoon after a couple times before I told that the parcel was lost PAXI could only pay R500 for it because it was not insured the insurance that was new to me because I was never informed of the option and never even knew I could take one. The conantents of the parcel worth more than R3000.
