Lost parcel at PEP Steelpoort with of R 7000.00

On the 27th of November 2025 i wemt to Pep clothing store at Limpopo Steelpoort for paxi service I paid R109.99 for service to deliver my parcel for 3 to 5 days and now it the 11 days I haven’t received anything i wemt to the store to do follow up we called paxi service desk we couldn’t get help I kept on calling them they were busy saying i must wait for 48 hours but now it seem to be a week and no one is saying anything when I try to track my parcel it says it at Grobasdal Hub but when I go to Pep store they tell me that my parcel it at Cato ridge and what most worries me is that when again to the shop for follow up they called me security to take me out of the shop I have all videos as evidence and messages that has been between me and Pep and paxi, what most worries me that my parcel is worth of R 7000.00 but yet no one is taking any action

How u telling me that paxi is handling my case when I do follow up they just telling that it with th courier for 2 weeks with the courier this shows there’s inside job here and I can tell my parcel is missing what I want from now is to reach Pep directors cause being honest no one in this level is assisting me you all telling different stories I can’t be the on me who seeks for follow up I Mexer paid paxi for this service I never took my parcel to paxi I went to pep as middleman and now you telling me what u telling me when I cry for help tjoooh what a poor service Mbali I won’t lie to u
