Lost Parcel

I have sent a parcel to free state from Gauteng on the 10th of January and paid 5 to 7days services meaning my parcel was supposed to be there by 21 January latest. Will you believe if i tell you that until today the parcel has not been delivered. I am on a phone daily trying to find my parcel and i am told they have sent an email to the curier how pathetic is it that they dnt have direct connection with the curier they depend on an email that does not even get responded to. Every time i call the agent keeps telling me they will call be me back in less than 5 hours believe me if i tell you i have spoken to over 7 people with the same promise and i have never gotten even one call back. I am so furious bcz it was important that the parcel gets to free state urgently. Does anyone understand the amount of inconvenience this has caused.
