Lost parcel

I lost a parcel during looting in Durban unrest. My sender submit the claim. I tried to contact paxi several times. I've been told to submit on the website which doesn't have an i aoption. I lost a lot of money on that parcel and expecting only R500 from paxi insurance. Worse no one is saying anything that shows that the is a progress
