Lost my money and clothes.

On the 20th December 2025 I sent a parcel at pep store and the estimated date of delivery was 30 December 2025,I waited for the sms .but I didn't get and the receiver went to enquire and told it went back will be again next thing we are told that it is at the dumping side and we will never get it.
