Lost money

Was at pep store springs on the 2-12-2019 and made two separate transfares and when the people I transfared the money to couldn't withdraw it I went my nearest pep and they checked for me and told me that the money was withdrew the same day,same complex less than 3pminutes after I made the transfares a d now the Supervisor by the name cindy is giving me a-run-around total money lost is R2200 can someone please assist.
