Lost money deposited in PEP store Plaza Thohoyandou

My sister went to PEP store in Thohoyandou Limpopo. Pep Plaza on the 13/07/2021 and deposited money. she was assisted by the 2 consultants, Vivian Tshiwela Mashau and Margret . she was requested to create her own pin and it rejected 2 times. for the third time it went through. the money was deposited at 12:54 she then received an sms from STD Bank as notification of deposit. she then went home and sent me the pin number around 2. i then went to the bank to withdraw and there money was already withdrawn at 12:58 at STD Bank Thavhani mall. and i am in JHB. I reported back to her the next day when PEP confirmed that the money has been withdrawn. she then went back in the store to report the matter and she was told that the manager is not available she cannot be assisted. she went back on the 15th and she was advised by the manager named Livhuwani that she need to go open the case for investigation. she went to the police station in Thohoyandou to open a case a got the case nr for the store to show her the footage. and then called again from the store on the 17th to sign an investigation form that was supposed to be given to her on the first day she reported the matter. i then requested to speak to the Regional manager which he contacted me later on that day and and Mr Mudau promised that he will follow up and get back to me on the 20th was the last day i spoke to him till today. and when my sister went back to the police station for assistance she was told that there is another same case in the same store. I now feel that someone in the store is responsible for the money that my sister lost. i need assistance on getting my money back as the store is doing nothing about it. it was also said on Radio( Vhembe FM) that someone also lost the money deposited from that store.
