Lost goods at pep

I lost my backpack at the parcel counter with all my belongings including my phones and laptop which had my sensitive information including my banking credentials and company details. On the 9th March but until today I haven't received footage I asked for apparently it's being processed! I'm worried because even my daughters birth certificate was there it could be used for ***** or something I really need assistance with this issue
