LOST GOODS

I have used a courier service called PEXI (PEP) to post goods for me on the 4th February 2019. I waited until day 10 & went there to enquire the hold up since it was a 3-5 day service, only to find out that their truck has been hijacked.

what I don't understand is that they are only willing to pay me R500 for goodwill as they say, ive told them the value of my goods is more than R500 but they are not willing to pay me more
