Lost funds through Pep stores

My colleague deposited money through Pep Stores Ndofaya Mall on the 5th of August 2022. The recipient could not access the funds as they reflected as having been withdrawn. Both the store she deposited from as well as Pep Head office can not explain where the money was withdrawn from and are refusing to take accountability for the lost funds.
