Long que at pep@home Dobsonville.1 cashier working at the till, approached Store manager Lungile who said other cashiers are on tea😱.On pensioners day only 1 cashier,Store manager had no sense of urgency and no Empathy at all..4 pensioners were on the que but they had to waite for long before they could get assistance.
