LOCATE MY R500 PAYMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good evening, first off i would like to say how much i love pep and how extremely disappointed i am in the service which i received at the Newlands east branch. I went to pay my PEP account on the 18th of March 2025 at 17:10 and the employee by the name of Zanele said I cant pay my account using my pep account card i have to have my ID document as well. I then went on to say "since when, as i always pay my account using my Pep account card", she rudely insisted that i have to have my ID document as well. I then went to Akerman's and an employee by the name of Nontokozo which then assisted me to pay my account of R500 using my pep account card. Month end then arrived and i was getting SMSs that my account was not paid, i was really confused as i knew i did pay my account. I them went to pep and paid R600 for my account as i didnt want to get a bad name. I then emailed my bank statement and driver's license to ***. I then also went to PEP and spoke to the manager named Xoliswa and explained what had happened and she said theres nothing she can do i need to go back to Ackerman's and once again they assisted me. We called accounts department which did not help me at all and then we called PEP accounts and i spoke to a rude unhelpful lady which told me she never read my email because they get to many emails and she can only see a statement, and i never pay the R500 thats why its not showing, i then passed the phone to the employee to tell her that i did pay and she has the payment receipt Infront of her and she was the same lady that made the payment for me on the 18th. PEP employees refused to help me an took their useless rude employees side and said i didnt have my pep card or ID, so the lady at Ackermans said yes she did have ger pep card coz i took her payment. i had to pay interest due to ZANELE a PEP employee not wanting to take my payment. Up till now i have had no help from PEP! and still didnt receive my R500 at this point i just want to close my account as i cannot trust this company as they don't care about their customers! PEP Newlands East has a bunch of Lazy workers and Manger, except for the one lady with a cute face and stylish hair. WE CANNOT TRUST PEP AS THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT TRY HELP YOU!!!! all rude and lazy sis!
