Lihle

On the 6th I went to Pep Park Central to buy an under -dress for my mother . Now I greet these old women and they never responded so I asked them why they didn't response , they apologized and greeted . I get to the cashier Lihle I greet her and no response ,so I decide to let it go . She rung me up and I asked her if it is allowed to return an under- dress to which she said "you will return it when what happened " now being disgusted I asked why else would one return something if it is that it was not the right size ,she never answered . I asked for her name she just looked me with an attitude . My declined and she asked if it I don't have cash still with attitude and I said No . I had decided to let this go ,until some ladies I travel with complained about the bad experience they have encountered . Management , please train your people about costumers service . Please all we aska is a little bit of respect and for them to pretend to be friendly .
