Lies and ****ming people instant of say we won't be able to fix it than taking our property then not returning it

I bought a Nokia c1 under vodacom assisted cashier bu the name of Bridget at Thabazimbi Thaba mall pep clothing on January 2023 and end of March 2023 just went off lucky I had the slip I took it back for repair lucky again I was helped by the same person Bridget..I was told 2 to 3 weeks now is been a month no response not informing us because its seems like am not the only 1 according to the reviews about PEP and when I go to the store am being told the is nothing they can do,is it how you should respond to a customer or do they even do follow ups ? Pep your failing totally and am going to review your service until I get my phone back pooooor poor service
