Lies and BAD service

On 21 me and couple of friends used PEP store courier service. Long story short, my parcel NEVER reached its destination. I tried to trace it On the website but this was unsuccessful THEN I send and email expressing my absolute dismay last night.....and my oh my, can you believe it, the parcel arrived THIS VERY MORNING....7 weeks after being sent if more people in SA start underestimating other people's intelligence na my things would be better for everybody in many ways when I demanded an explanation, the story was....the system says.....I rest my case. I want my money back BREACH OF CONTRACT OH!!!! And I forgot to mention the parcel arrived and I was clearly notified IF YOU DONT COLLECT IT BEFORE CERTAIN DATE IT WILL BE SEND BACK.
