Lethargic repairs

I am beyond frustrated with the shocking service I received from Pep Cell regarding my Samsung A05. I purchased this phone only a few months ago, and it already had charging issues that forced me to send it in for repairs. The so-called “repair” dragged on for over a month, and when I finally got my phone back, the same problem returned right after a software update.

This is unacceptable. How can a brand-new phone fail so quickly, and how can Pep Cell think it’s okay to waste my time like this? Instead of fixing the issue properly or offering a replacement, I’ve been left with a faulty phone that I can barely use.

I demand a proper resolution not another round of endless repairs, but a replacement with a better, more reliable phone. The service I received was careless, slow, and showed zero respect for the customer. I will not recommend Pep Cell to anyone until they take accountability and provide real solutions.
