Leaving the store with no goods when the transaction has gone of your account

So I would like to share my experiance at Pep Brackenhurst for the second time i went there to shop for the kids. I pay at the till with my card. The transaction goes thru on my phone but they refuse to give me the packet. I then told them this has happended to me before I paid R759 last time and it went off my bank account. Me and my three girls left the shop with the packet. The ladys come outiside and grabs the packet out of my 9year old daughters hand. So for the second time i paid for things at pep. Where they took my money and i didnt get the goods. Please avoid that pep if u can they will take your money without the packet.
